Exploring Within the Community

In the midst of gathering information for my story package, I joined two Facebook groups with vegan members living in San Diego. I’ve heard from more than 10 people about their experiences at Anthem Vegan, Grains, and Evolution Fast Food.

Through these Facebook groups, I have interviewed various sources. In addition, I have gone to local farmer’s markets to check out other vegan eateries based on referrals from the community. My two most recent interviews include two business owners: Patrick Murray, the owner of Anthem Vegan, and Jon Branch, the owner of Evolution Fast Food. I hope to interview the owner of Grains restaurant later this week.
